This vicious cycle started with a simple "New Broadband Connection" request in NOIDA. For this I was demanded an amount of Rs. 1000 for the installation and security with which I had no problems as I was promised that it would be deducted in the next 5 months time, again not a bad deal. But the problems started when I was promised that the connection will be done within 3 days of time but even after 14 days all I had was "Fake Promises and Sweet Talks and NO ACTIONS."
Now it has been like more than 45 days that I've been trying to track my refund on emails and phones. People over the phone are just crap, they would not listen to you and are not even bothered with what the issue may or how sensitive an issue can be. Felt like talking to freaking robots with pre-loaded scripts. Emails are their speciality, 3 emails another 3 false promises stating a particular date and time wherein I can expect the refund but what I got was what I've been getting in the last 45 days.
