Airtel service seems to have gone very pathetic. We have been using Airtel service for past 10 years and the broadband as well for over 7 years. We never used to have network performance issue. Off late, since last 4-5 months, we have been constantly facing performance issues and we have logged a few support calls (one of the recent complaint number is 39378004).
Every time we have been assured and given one or the other reason like the port was reset, there was a problem at Airtel server etc. We have upgraded the service from 2 MBPS to 4 to 8 MBPS. Ironically, we have not seen 5% increase in performance. 2 MBPS speed seemed much better. The videos keep buffering. We run our business on this and we cannot keep on just logging calls and following up on this. The technical team calls us at a time when we are in meetings or not at home and at the end of the day, the problem does not get fixed as we follow up for few days and give up on it.
Appreciate if you can resolve this problem once for all or refund the additional rental (that you charge in the name of upgrading from 2 to 4 and once we are at 4, your call centers keep calling to upgrade to 8 MBPS, only to realize that your rental has gone up, the service either remain the same or have gone pathetic) that you are collecting promising to raise the bandwidth.
If you cannot do that, help us in terminating this connection once for all pls.
