3 weeks ago I bought a 3G dongle from airtel. When it came to collecting money, the officer came to me the same day but when it came to getting this thing to work, no one can help me and everyone whom I talk to from TL to manager everyone promises it will work within 2 hours.
Anyway, now it seems they have lost the documents and want me to resubmit because you see customer roams around with a zillion passport size photos and ID proof zerox so that every time these idiots lose them, we can provide them then and there. Anyway, moral being AIRTEL WALKS ITS TALK. All year long, they have been crooning on TV- 'Jo tera hai wo mera hai'...cleraly at least they have started believing it.
They take your money and keep it in their pockets without giving any service..dont blame them..they told u well in advance..after all..JO TERA HAI WO UNKA HAI...bas baap ka paisa samajh ke rakh lo..so simple :)
What ill comment on pros and cons of this product mouthshut people, I havent been fortunate enough to experience it :)
