Forget airtel, its a nightmare. Review on Airtel Broadband

I applied for a broadband connection 10 days ago in vaishali nagar, jaipur.   inspite of non servicable area they accepted the cheque and hanged me.  After that they just go to sleep,  just debited my cheque.  Inspite of several calls they always said me that they are reverting soon,  which I never got.  I tried there senior management also but again same reply.  Now,  after 10 days,  after pursuing them, I got the answer " sir,  nhi ho payega,  apka paisa 15 din me return ho jaega".  Literally AIRTEL you should have some shame,  you are not giving me any service,  any communication,  but you took my money and will refund it after 15 days, wow.  I was a bsnl user earlier,  believe me airtel,  you are working 100 times inferior to that.  And feel myself very lucky not to get a connection.  You are welcoming consumer with this much affection, one can understand what you will make him after that.  Thanks a lot airtel
