Called Airtel team through helpline on 2nd Feb for line disconnecting and they taken the request . Earlier requested for transfer shifting to pondicherry from chennai. Due to feasibility, they denied, immediately I requested to terminate my line connection.

Until now, they are not disconnected my line and raising bills for the last two month eventhough I am not utilised any service and requested for disconnection.
I am having proof and voice packet of teleconversation of disconnection .
Its irritating me whenever they are calling for overdue amount and not focusing why they are not using the connection.
Leaving my number here for ready to use Airtel for broadband,but wont pay any outstanding for non -usage of accounts.
Irritating Airtel service, only service they are doing is followup on collection.
