I have never seen such a PATHETIC customer care service in my life. A few days ago I complaint about my internet getting disconnected. your engineer came and diagnosed that the router wasn't working, but we didn't believe him since he had no way telling me why does he thinks that the router isn't working, After him leaving the router worked again for 2 days and started acting up again so on Monday(3.11.14) I filed another complaint, the new engineer came with a router and told us that our router is working fine and the problem is with the internet line.


This completely infuriated us and I didn't know what to believe at this point and whether, these engineers knew anything at all. I called back the customer care service and demanded that this issue should be rectified. upon which I found out that the first engineer had falsely written in his report that he had shown us a spare router that apparently worked which is why he diagnosed that our router isn't working. I spoke to a person called Bhumika Shrivastav. She told me they will send another well trained engineer. Now the 3rd engineer- Piyush Yadav came to my place yesterday. He attached his own router and said- look the lights are correctly blinking in this that means your router is fautly, btw he had not shown me on my computer that the internet is working just the blinking lights on the router. upon profusely insisting he agreed to configure the router and showed that the internet actually works on our computers.


He also informed us that #Airtel will be giving us a free router, this should have been around 6pm after which he left. then he again came to my house at around 8 and asked me to sign a piece of paper, that this engineer Piyush had diagnosed our problems. Just to let you know that this guy had already ticked everything in the form and wanted me to sign it blindly. Let me tell you why he had come- to tell us that the complain under which we were registered did not qualify us to get a free router. then he told me that they have registered another request for it and we will get the router but there is no guarantee when this would happen, after which he left. Today 4.11.2014 at around 11 am another person from #Airtel came to our home(4th person) and told me that we had put in a request to but a router(which I didn't). I told him no we were supposed to a free router. He spoke to someone after which he handed over the phone to me where this another man tells me that your complaint was registered under a wrong category and u do not qualify to get a free router. You have disrupted my work days and this is very unacceptable. All I want to say is that this is the worst service I have ever seen, I live in a very big society and I will ensure I go to each doorstep in this society and let them know about this terrible experience. Do not remove my comment as I know many forums where I can share my thoughts.
