Airtel is a good ISP in term of the speed of broadband yes its speed is very fast and as promised.But beside the speed it is a very costly service provider and not affordable for students, middle  class family also it is not suitable for heavy users as after FUP their speed is pathetic.Very bad experience with customer service.Service is not so good.


Customer care do not receive call easily and if they receive it they will put you on hold and they will never resolve your query.Overall I was not satisfied so disconnected the airtel broadband connection.
