I stay in bangalore. I need broadband connection very urgently. when I searched in net got information on airtel is doing good. So applied through net itself. Next day I got call from them. The other day a person came and collected cheque and application form. And next day after that people came and installed the connection and activated it on the same day.
Really I didt beleive it. It worked withing 3 days. Later I got a call from customer care and they helped to see my account online and they enquired about the setup and everything. Airtel service is very good comparing to anyother IS Providers. I suggest to go for Airtel first. If it is not available in your area then your unlucky. My second option is for BSNL. But never go for TATA Indicom. But only thing which I dont like is plans they have. They should come up with different plans which should suite each individuals needs. They have some specific plan and we need to go with that. This is not only with Airtel, All the Service providers do the same. They will make us to pay more than what we use. Or if you pay what you use then there will be some other disadvantages like limited download, speed, ...
