Had a very bad experience with Airtel Customer care executive. I called Airtel Customer Care Executive to cancel my broadband connection because I was shifting to Chennai from Bangalore.I called CC executive on 1 October before leaving bangalore.
The customer care executive assured that connection will be deactivated in 24 hours and they told that final bill will be generated in ten days. Their executives called 2-3 times asking why I was cancelling inspite of telling them that I am moving out of the city. Finally my connection got disconnected after 1 month.Please dont go for it.
