It all started with desire to have 2Mbps Unlimited connection. I am using the Airtel Broadband connection for the one year with a combo plan (Day 384kbps, Night 1Mbps), Even though I have some minor issues, the affair was
smooth till I asked them to migrate to 2Mbps unlimited plan where the plan name is Impatience 1299(speed will drop after 20GB). Even the customer service guy has confirmed it.
This was happened in the first week of June, they moved it to some limited 2Mbps plan, because the speed is 2Mbps, I didn't know that it was the wrong plan to which I was
moved. With June bill I have realized that the plan was moved wrongly, and I asked the customer service to move it to right plan on 7th July. But for the last 11 days, they are
saying the request is under process and not doing anything. Complaining to Nodal officer had also not worked out. Even they are saying it will be taken care at the earliest. Still I am waiting for it to be corrected.

Update on 28th Feb 2011
As I was not happy with Airtel , I took Reliance to observe for some time, that is much worse, Airtel's customer service is relatively better compared to Reliance. see my other review on Reliance.
