They began with a good customer service and now they have begun a new policy which makes you to keep calling THEIR vendors! They do not service the modems that they provide and make you go circles. This is what they say if your modem is older than a year: You have to go to the other end of the city, pay Rs. 150 for the service and get it fixed! I wonder if I could ever blame it on modem or on their network! I have been using airtel broadband for 5 years now and have been recommending it, suddenly today I realized that the company has gone for a spin and will not be able to recover again. They have become customer unfriendly and do not care for the long time customer!
These guys have lost their mind. I pity them.
