Hello readers today I would like to share my experience for Airtel broadband services as we all know Airtel is a trusted name when we talk to network service provider or internet service provider
I started using airtel broadband in the year 2011 and were very happy for initial few days but my happiness could not stay long and I felt that my internet speed was not ok because I got plan of rs700 appx with unlimited internet but speed was an issue when I called customer care regarding this they noted down my complaint and assured me to look into the matter.
Another incident that took place was my internet stopped working and when checked my cable which was coming from street was broke down so I escalated the issue to customer care they noted down my complaint few times but nothing happened I tried to lodge complaints many times but nothing was resolved with in a month so I was unable to use internet services for a month after that it resumed but I was surprised to know I got bill for that month also when there was no internet I talked to customer care many times but when they refused to help me I decided to change my internet service provider because everyday they send 2 people for bill collection and they use to threaten us for dare consequences.
Customer service : - Customer service for me is not upto the mark because I told them from the very begining that cable is cut down and complained around 10 times but instead to resolve the issue they just note down the complaint for a month
Speed : - Speed again for me was an issue that time for which I escalated many complaints because I got that much speed for my desktop where page was unable to load.
Relaibility: - For me airtel broadband was not a reliable one as they have cheated me and charged bill for that month also where I told them from very begining the issue I was facing
So friends my overall experience with airtel broadband was not good at all as they cheated me and only wasted time in noting down the complaint instead to resolve the issue
