Bought Airtel Data Card on 6th Feb 2007, after buying I have increased the stress level in my life. As the speed is so slow than max time I got operation time out messages. Apart from that I have logged so many complaints regarding the low connectivity and not accessing the Internet access service at 7070 support number, but its of no use.
As they don't have technically qualified customer support staff. They only know couple of troubleshooting process, When they are unable to do anything , they forwarded you to 121 service. In this only one party got affected and its you , THE CUSTOMER. So Its better to go for fixed line Internet access services rather going for Airtel Data Access services. And install Wireless Router at your home or office and be mobile with in the fixed premises.
In case you want to be mobile, than I would recommend you to take a break in your journey and access any local net cafe rather buying Airtel Data Access card. NOT RECOMMEND FOR AIRTEL DATA ACCESS CARD SERVICE*
