Two years ago I had thought to take connection of Airtel broadband .Fistly I applied for the connection after one or two week they didn't gave any response so o called to coustmer care office and complain, they said that the near by connection provider will come and meet you. The thing happen is that he came to provide a connection but before that he says that you have to give me 500 or 1000 as a bribe , we friends gave him. After using one year we sayed to close the connection. But after closing also our monthly recharge comes .we complaint in airtel office they said it will be close soon. Because of that without using we paid upto 3 month .The service of Airtel broadband is not good .
