I have raised request for shifting the land line and broadband connection and there was no response for quite long time from airtel. After 4months the request was completed due to continuous followups and escalations to the higher authority.
But, I was forced to pay for charges during the period the connection was not exist. I have requested for waiver through applet center but it still not done and I am fighting with them. When I try to escalate beyond applet, they say that they are highest level. Every time they give commitment that the problem will be solved in 24hours. But it never happens.
