I have request to Airtel to change my plan to 10 GB and received the confirmation email from Airtel support.


They had changed the plan to 10 GB and next day again changed to 3 GB.


I have asked, I need 10 GB not 3 GD and they told they can not convert the plan 2 times in a month even they wrongly converted two times


FYI, the mail that I have forwared to Airtel higher management but still got the same preformed reply.


They are not professional and can not be success in this industry.

Please clarify me on the below:


· Attached the latest confirmation email that I have received from Airtel for my plan.


· Why you have changed the plan to 3 GB even I have request for 10GB


· Airtel has changed to 10GB and next day again reverted to 3 GB plan, why?


· As mentioned by you, why the requested plan will change from next billing cycle.


2) I am very much disappointed with the action taken by Airtel.


As I have already requested that I need the 999 plan rather then 649 then why Airtel has updated to 649.


Why Airtel has not verified the request. The latest request is 10 GB Plan. If it has already changed then why immediately it has again changed 3GB plan. This is frustrating and who is responsible for the unexpected billing and the trouble that I am facing.


As I mentioned that, I am out of India and need 10 GB plan, requesting you that change the plan immediately and let me know the status. Otherwise I need to escalate.


I have sent such many type of email and every time received the same pre-formatted response. It will be great, if anyone can send me the higher authority email id so that I will send all the mails to him
