Airtel's customer service has gone from bad to worse to worst! I have been a customer with airtel for the past 15 years. They have outsourced their customer service and these guys are totally not at all worthwhile
The incident is that despite having disconnected my account, your stupid customer service team has not taken up the request and has charged me for the duration that I have not used the phone connection. This is OUTRAGEOUS, when I refuse to pay, you have gone to court.
I have 4 other connections [all post paid mobiles] and future connections that I am shifting to Vodafone and other networks where I have better coverage, plans and customer service. AIRTEL thank you for creating this awareness of your disservice.
