At the outset, please note, I DO NOT have Airtel Broadband. And that is my main review.
The reason I do not have Airtel Broadband, is simply because, post registering I received a call from Airtel, they called and confirmed that an executive would visit my location.
Post 3 days I got another call whether the connection is now working. Funny thing is post the initial call, no one visited or called. Post some days, I got another call asking when I was available at my location. After taking this information, they disappeared.
An no, I did not call them at midnight or any such odd hour. I called them during a weekday around 4 pm.
Guessing this business is not lucrative anymore.
