Pure fraud company with unreliable customer care. Review on Airtel Broadband

Pure fraud company with only aim to loot you. They are not at all transparent in the information handling.

I have asked these guys for a cancellation of my account, but was told by them that I can have a safe custody of the equipment for Rs99 per month.

The first blow came when they continued giving me bills for a connection which was physically disconnected and inquiry made for the cancellation. On calling the customer care they told safe custody was not activated and will be done only if I pay the amount (without using I payed around 4k).

Now in the new bill the safe custody amount is reflected as Rs250 + tax. On inquiring these frauds are now telling that 99 is base amount and the amount varies per equipment and plan. What a stupid logic.

I inquired with some of my friends and they too had similar experience with Airtel. Once they feel that you are going to discontinue they will play all dirty games to loot whatever is possible from you. Anyway I have had enough and have decided never to go with any Airtel products.
