I purchased Airtel broadband connection online on 08th March 15 after being ensured by their executive on Chat window that it will be installed within 48 hours. But now 10 days have passed and no one even called to fix appointment .
I even mailed to their customer care but to no use. Still not have it installed. I do not know if Airtel does not have any process then why does it asks customer to do online payment and provide chat support. I am now thinking of moving my mobile connection also out of airtel.
Since installation is not done my rating for speed and connection reliability is not corrrect
