Activated costly plan rather than requested 999 plan. When I complained to support team they are claiming that 999 is not available in my area.
Demand for Customer Enrollment form while taking Broad band connection in order to fight against such fraudulent activities- usually representatives will not provide this form
Airtel guy just provided me a slip with installation charges mentioned that's how I fell into this fraudulent trap
