Airtel’s 4G services as per advertisement all over India in large scale is not useful. As there is no connectivity or less connectivity is facing by me from last 2 months when I upgrade my SIM to 4G sim. I am very much dissatisfied with the 4G services provided by Airtel in my Area. I am presently living in Nagpur(New Nagpur Area) and facing so many problems in almost 90% of New Nagpur Area’s connectivity problem. When Airtel launched its 4G services in India and advertised it so much that I think it’s faster than 3G but when I upgraded it to 4G it give me negative results as I am so much upset by taking 4G upgradation as my 3G connection was faster than 4G internet connection.
As well as there is another problem that Airtel is the only provider which has not accepted by any other Wallets(like Paytm, Oxigen, freecharge etc) for discounts for recharges etc.
The charges are competitive or similar to other popular providers in the market but services are not up to the par as compared to others.
These are the whole experiences I am facing with Airtel connection.
