I have been a customer of Airtel and I used both Airtel Network service fir my phone and as well as for my Broadband. Data service just average but costing is very high. I never got above 20mbps speed where as the network provide claims that It has maximum speed of 100mbps. I have registered complaint for times and again but not yet get any permanent solution. Connectivity is not upto the mark as per its pricing. most of the time 4G works at 2G speed and also provides very low bandwidth in average.
The customer support Team is very poor they don't even give time on call to understand the issue. They always try to cover up the problem and tried to misleading with false excuse and false information. As the Airtel customer care tell me to visit the Airtel Store, I also had to go the Airtel Store but they were unable locate.
I had prepaid connection before, but when I visited the airtel store to change the ownership name for my mother name to my name. they tried to make me stupid and forced me with their fake strategy to make the connection on postpaid. I had all the document with us but they did agree to help me because generally have a large percentage of commission for promoting the PostPaid Connection. In postpaid, Extra Billing amount is a regular issue. I also had to paid some extra amount for their incorrect billing. When you got for the resolving the billing you will be harassed and it will take a long days to be resolved.
As a customer of Airtel Network and Broadband, I am not satisfied. I am planning to move to another network very soon. I will never recommend Airtel to anyone for it bad connection, service and poor customer help support.
