I have purchased Airtel 4G Prepaid - 6GB data for 1 month for Rs.955/- because we need internet just for 20 days.
However, we are not getting even 3G signal but getting very very weak signal only sometimes else no signal. I have another Airtel prepaid calling SIM and that card is working okay when I will start data plan in that SIM but new 4G is completely hopeless.
I have tried to contact Airtel customer service and also visited their store but they are not able to resolve this issue. I have also escalated to nodalofficer & appellate and they accepted their technical fault with this 4G number. After 15 days they would like to perform test(note, this 4G prepaid validity if 28 days). Hence, we have requested to refund money and deactive this 4G because we have not used single KB from 6GB data. They are refusing to refund and want to try to test if this 4G number of not. This is the highest point of harassment from Airtel to customer.
Anyway, I have logged complain with ministry of telecommunication - ref. MOIAB/E/2016/01180.
Be careful before trap into Airtel 4G.
