Ya its good network when it was working but many times it is slow then any 2G network. according to advertisement of airtel the girl which is in this advertisement tell that India's largest network is airtel but when I travelling to village to another village it take about 4 hour I can't able to watch 30 min. episode during my journey. and sometimes it gave more then high speed such as 5 mbps(downloading).
If I talk about costumer care service then it is very very bad I am shearing my experience few days before I have a problem with airtel services so I call to costumer care a girl receive my call. after talk with her I am full satisfied but after few second a man call me and talk with rubbish language the man who's call me from airtel services.
it is not good to any company.
