My first internet provider was airtel 4G LTE. I had a very poor experience with airtel internet.
The Internet speed which is supposed to run as 4G runs in the speed of 2G. I made several complaints to check my
speed problem and the only response I got was it occasionally happens. Like I am using this for 2-3 months and only a week I get good internet speed; the other days its just poor.
You can't rely on airtel connection at all. It works only in specific areas in delhi and that too not with high speed. Most of the times when I need the internet urgently it stops working.
The service and support is not that good. The only thing is they give you response quite fast but still don't specific a solution to it. I never received any good solution from airtel customer service.
I stopped using airtel 4G and instead ported it to idea. I recommend you guys to go for other networks instead of airtel.
