Is it necessary to claim to be 1st when you are no where near. This is true for Airtel's 4G services. It's been more than a month and the service is even bad than a 2G. Have made all their 3G customers - Guinea Pigs, the ground for testing. No doubt, if Reliance has taken 4 years to announce final date of launch, that must be doing a decent job and not be fooling people like Airtel.
Customer care knows about it and still never bothers to admit, apologize or waive of the 3G rental being charged. So Airtel is doing is field trials at the cost of consumer money. Regulator also seems to be silent here. It's better to shift to some other service provider rather than being at Airtel - The 3rd Largest TELCO in the world.
