In 2016 I purchased a SIM card from this company, I have used this companies Sim card for 3 years. But suddenly e the Internet service of this company is very slow, then I call these companies customer care and tell them the problem of internet speed slow, and from customer care I was informed that they had a problem with the server from some technical work, so there will be a 5 days internet service slow five days after that I notice that the internet speed of these company was a bit fast. But a few days letter ok, the the same problem arose again, internet speed of this company was very slow full stop and withe that a lot of calls where were dropping. Then I called again at these companies customer care, this time from customer care I was informed that we have taken your complaint and your problem will be resolved within 15 days full stop then 15 days later I noticed again that this companys internet speed had not increased at all. Then I change the SIM card of this company.
