Pros
1) The max speed I got is 27 Mbps and some time very less which is 1.25 mbps.
2) Network down is very rare. Recently due to some installation of towers I faced issue for 3 three months and then it is fine now.
3) I was able to download 700 mb file in less than 10 mns.
4) I have used BSNL and TATA indicom before. When you compare the bandwidth speed Airtel is good BSNL was Ok and TATA indicom was worst.
Cons
1) The router price was 4000 which is too high.
2) Unlimited data option is very costly and even limited data option is also very costly compare to other Internet service providers.
3) Initially they were giving daily usage history and now they stopped it in their site so that we will not come to know how much we are using daily and on which date we used more.
4) For example, If the data limit is 7GB they will give you 2 more GB extra and once you consumed your 7GB they will send you mail(Not SMS). If you missed to check your data usage then you will not come to know until you consume 9GB. The rate for the extra 2GB will be more. In the Airtel site previously data usage was shown for complete 9GB as a chart but now they stopped it and only for 7GB it is shown.
5) I chose Airtel thinking that the service will be good and BSNL is the only other competitive service provider available in my area. Few others are there but the bandwidth which they give is less than 2 mbps.
6) Airtel is not providing break up of our data usage and if some doesn't check his data usage often then he has to pay a lot in his next bill cycle and this is the area where they are billing more money on customers.
7) When I checked with customer care why they stopped the daily data usage history option, she told we are not providing this option and you will get your usage details in the monthly bill. I'm looking out for some other internet service provider and soon will change to new one.
8) She also told she can't tell exactly how much I have used as on date and she can only confirm that I have used the allocated usage limit. Ridiculous!
9) BSNL could give better service than these providers but it is our fate that we have to depend on these private people.
10) Internet providers like ACT are not available in my area otherwise I would have disconnected AIRTEL longback.
11) The 4G connection will become 2G in my native as they don't have required towers in my native. So I think the bandwidth is good only in Cities not in towns/villages.
So this is my experience on AIRTEL 4G LTE. Please suggest any good internet providers.
