Their Airtel Relationship Centre sold me damaged sim card twice. Once they issued functional simcard, I discovered that the device is also damaged.
Their relationship centre gave me wrong email address of the appellate body(highest internal body for customer grievances)
Their customer care will call u on a Christmas holiday at 9:35 and even though u pick up the call but are not able to talk due to poor connectivity, they will claim that they tried calling u.
U can understand the poor standards of service just by the fact that I have not been able to use my dongle for more than 1 month between july-15 and Dec-15 though I have been forced to pay monthly bills
