Dear Sir,
I am a Airtel broadband connection customer and I would like to share my worst experience with airtel broad connection from last 8 months. I have been followup with airtel personnel for irregular and improper broad band connection and I gave so many complaints, no one was responded at the time and after 2 months they called me and asking for the payment.
The connection has been not working from February'2017 to May 2017 I send termination request also and 2 months later I got a call for the payment.
From begging to till date I have been asking one thing that, Without using the product or service Why should I pay the amount? and with out any morals and ethics how can you people generate the bill?
Once again I would like to say one thing that, I do not want to pay the amount for which I have not used at all. I was fed up with your valuable services. Tanks for that.
I took the connection 3 years later with great hope and I thought your net work will not like other networks, but 3 years later I came to know that, you are also sailing in the same boat.
It was bitter experience with your network and your services and you people.
I am posting this because I was fed up with this type of services.
