Airtel 4G Lite is just show off
Internet speed: believe me I am using airtel 4G Lite since last 3 months I have switched from jio to Airtel thinking that it would be better decision but airtel 4G lte is such a poor network that it won't provide useful access 4G speed downloading speed is just between 5 to 3 MBPS and uploading speed is Just between 6 to 5 Mbps which is bua from jio so there is no comparison between jio I have made a mistake so I don't want you to made a mistake again by recharging in Airtel. And I must tell you that it is not the matter of area which I live in the area has full network 4G but it don't provide for jii speed I don't know why what the Airtel network is doing but showing all full network in bar but not not providing full network is that Airtel network is cheating on us.
Connection reliability: it is very sorry to say that Airtel 4G has least connection reliability a connection get lost in every 15 to 20 minutes from 4G to 3G then 2GB at a starting it would be running with 4G LTE but as after 20 minutes it starts showing 3G speed or 2G so there's no not at all correction reliability I must recommend you I strongly recommend you not to switch to Airtel to jio is running better than Airtel these days. I am not promoting Jio but believe me on when it comes to jio providing better network.
Services and support: so talking about services in support of Airtel 4G LTE when you do recharge of rupees 399 or above first of all you will not be providing with customer care as you will call on customer care they will start saying that you don't have enough balance though your outgoing and incoming as well as Internet 1 GB per day is totally free but I don't know why you would not be allowed to have a conversation with customer care I don't know why means with me this problem was long lasting for one month I haven't called for customer care for 1 month I had lots of problem but I haven't got chance so services and support are poor for me means I have made the mistake using Airtel has my network for Internet and calling.
