I use to live in rural area and using airtel since jan this year, Using airtel 4G is dream here but they always show that 4G is available here so I recharged with 4G pack, but when I used it first day it showed the 4G tower then no 4G( even no 3G) it was E(2G) with 2kbps, I feel like fool in that situation I paid for 4G& getting 2kbps its completely non sense, w hen called the customer care they keep telling the tower is under maintenance& the maintenance since 8 months.In image below you can see the tower in sim 1 slot. Sometime call drops can be observed
