I brought airtel 4G LTE postpaid by giving the premium price. I do not get any speed that is promised. If I switch the network for LTE only then the connection is interrupted and disconnected very often. If I switch to AUTO, then most of the time it runs of 3G and you will never get the speed anywhere even close to what was promised. Raising tickets with their customer care is of no use.
They will close the ticket without intimating you or without any resolution. Above all this unsatisfactory service they will send you that premium bill every month without any shame. My recomendation is to never go with Airtel 4G LTE till the time the technology is mature in the market and airtel has some competitors in the market. Instead you can use any 3G connection or go for fixed line broad band.
