The 4G hot spot device cost and 3 months bill(without any data usage), already costed Rs.7000 loss to me. Now Airtel folks are calling me avery alternative day and asking to again pay the the bill.But no proper response to the emails and complaints I raised. It's just not only the service issue and monetary loss, they have even haunted my piece of mind even after the cancellation.
I availed Airtel 4G hotspot service after Airtel sales person demoed the service at my home, after using that service(was very unreliable through out), it stopped working on one fine day. Upon raising multiple service request, finally someone informed me that we have "network problem" in your area and that will be rectified soon.
