I feel this review is:
Airtel is one of the leading telecom service provider in india but service is not up to the mark as they tell us in their advertisements the 4g which they provide in 3g cost is only nothing but 3g and their customer service is just another joke. recently my phone was roaming status but I was not on roaming so I just called customer care and they said it was on roaming because I was border of two states but reality is I am in a place from where other other state border is about 7 to 8 kms I was shocked when they said they cannot do anything on that issue.so this somthing which is not acceptable that make us to losse money for nothing.i request airtel to please keep the coustmer intrest first and slove the problems
