If you live in Pune Nyati Estate(Mohammedwadi). There is no/very poor network. The network engineer will visit after several complaints and say he will ensure optimization but you will be shocked that the ticket would be closed stating'network fine'.


They come in the society for selling. DO NOT GET TALKED INTO BUYING IT. THINGS WOULD APPEAR FINE WHEN YOU SEE DEMO BUT AFTER THAT . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MONEY.
