Don't trust Airtel at all. Prakash, an Airtel associate, (+ 91- 73353771444) sold me an Airtel 4G connection. I wanted to pay by cheque. He insisted that I paid by cash for quick activation and charged Rs.4550 for Airtel 4g LTE connection for 3 months( including tax and sim card charge). His superior, Adil, an Airtel associate(+ 91-9663699883) never answers any phone .
I am PhD student and get stipend from my institute. After verification, they have rejected my application, but fail to return back my amount. When asked, these Airtel representatives, asked me why I told them that I was a student . I cant imagine a company like Airtel asking their customers to tell a lie just to sell a product.
It is shameless of Airtel and their clan to indulge in such cheap tactics and asking a buyer to fudge the original details is equivalent to disrRajeev_Vermacting the government norms.
Who gives them the right to flout rules like this?
If someone from airtel is seeing this post, please return back my money . I trusted your brand and paid upfront . It is unfair to cheat me like this.
Denying service is within your right, but please return back my money,
A lesson for whoever wants to buy any product: Dont allow any intermediaries . The guys from 4gwirelessnetworks@gmail.com came to my home to sell this. If I had gone to the Airel showroom, some of the issues would have been eliminated.
