Airtel 4g hotspot device performance. Review on Airtel 4G Hotspot

I have purchased airtel 4g hotspot device in january 2018 from amazon . I am from jaipur and this device's cost on amazon is just 999 and reviews about device's performance are great. so I have purchased it and I got it in just 3 days on my home. after that I have unboxed it and connect it to my pc. I have inserted my 4g sim card and started using this. but I saw that device's internet speed was too slow. normally airtel 4g speed is upto 2 mbps normally in jaipur. but this was providing only 400-500 kbps. so I have restarted it many times but problem was same. so I have contacted airtel care about this, but they dont given me an satisfied answer. they told me that its area's network speed problem so they can't do anything in this. I have also told them that airtel's normal speed is upto 2 mbps but they were not abel to solve my problem. so I have feels very bad after using this device.
