Hello guys here I have some my own expriance,
I have used airlift 5 times. Everytime they provide the best in class service.They have been very punctual, they respect the passangers. Some good experiences that I had with them:
1) I had booked the cab for 3 am and the cab came at 2: 55 am driver called me up and said Sir jaldi karo aapki flight chhut jayegi 2) We were 5 in the cab and there was one person from Punjab who was very tall so he took care that he should get place in the front sit so that its comfortable for him.
3) Last time by mistake I booked cab twice. They called me up and said assured me that the booking which I had not used will remain valid for the next two months and I can avail it by just making a call to them.
4) After reaching to Bangalore I called them and said that I want to use the extra booking which I mentioned in last point. They said all the cabs had already left and there were no cabs in airport at that moment. So they made an alternate arrangement in 15 minutes by booking an EasyCab for us without charging anything extra. All in all the vehicles are very comfortable, drivers are well behaved, service is good. I give 5/5 to them I don’t know anyone working in airlift and I am not there employee also. So this review is totally uninfluenced by any factor.
