The detailed review of the movie launched about a month ago “Airlift”.
The movie showed outstanding performance on the box office. The movie was released on January 22, 2016 just before the Republic day. The movie was made under the direction of Raja Menon which was superbly directed. The movie was announced by the director to be launched on a budget of Making of 300 Million INR.
The movie had very promising songs comprising of both related to love and towards the dedication of country. The movie not only very well directed but also it was acted very well by all the characters. The Star bollywood actor who acted in the movie was Akshay Kumar. The movie was casted by star performer and the lead role performer, Akshay Kumar along with Nirmat Kaur and Lena. The movie was made under the production of Bhushan Kumar and Nikhil Advani. The movie was said to be a full of action and drama on the clarifications of Genres.
Coming to the movie, the movie was based on a real incident of August 1990. In the movie, it was shown that the Iraqis attacked and occupied the Kuwait and started killing all the Kuwaitis only rather than of killing Indian or any other National. The main role was played by Akshay Kumar who was named as Rajit Katiyal in the movie who was a working man of Kuwait’s Government. The other person was Nirmat Kaur or Amrita Katyal who played the role of Ranjit Katyal’s Wife. The movie was fully based on Iraqis Invasion and how Akshay Kumar made the Indian reach their country safely. It was said to be a struggle of 59 days and at the end the exit of Indians was made successful by the efforts of Akshay Kumar and an Indian Embassy official which was later on also carried forward by Indian Government. On of the main role for this was by the Government Airlines who in the real life and also in the movie sent exactly 488 flights to Kuwait to get the Indians back, there were about 1lakh 75 thousand Indians trapped in Kuwait who were freed by the struggles of all these peoples.
The movie ran for exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes which means exactly for 1 and a half hour or about 130 minutes. The incident was exactly based on the date of August 2, 1990.
The last movie of Akshay Kumar was “Baby” which was also very promising and hit hard on box officer, as it was another movie based on against terrorists of Pakistan. The movie was directed by Neeraj Pandey.
Airlift is one of the most hilarious movie of Bollywood in this film Akshay Kumar starrer in this film this story based on two people of India when Iraq wars Kuwait for non individualism.
The movie got 9.2 out of 10 on IMDb ratings.
The movie earned 17.80 crore’s on the first five days which rose to 94.50 crore’s in nine days. The movie finally in 14 days earned about 195.63 crores.
A must watch movie for all Indians.
