I had taken their sim card initially for the purpose of 3g internet connection and at that time they had said that I could use the same card to make and receive calls if just transferred it to a mobile phone instead of a dongle. so I went for online recharge of Rs.198 just now and wanted to make calls but it says that I have no balance.
They should not have lied and said that I could use it like any other sim to make calls. Since while selecting the talk time option, it was not selecting and they had said I could use for talking I assumed that it would work even with 198 recharge. now my money is wasted as I already have other internet options that I have paid for. This is outright lying and cheating by Aircel. I wish I had seen the review here before going for the worst service (un)provider.
