Although there is good network and good connectivity in some special area like metropolitan cities in India but the the problem lies call charges. they deduct unnecessary huge amount which should not be deducted for a certain call . they sometimes activate unnecessary service which I have not requested and snatched money by way deducting the balance . after repeated calling to the customer service center they hardly pick the phone after several attempt but without solving the query call gets disconnected and problem remains in my previous experience they have deducted a sum of 50 rs which should not get deducted as I have not active any service. After making several attempts to reach to the customer service . I reached once they they said they will be returning the some which was deducted . but till now not received the amount . very poor service
in case of internet they hardly committed for 3g net work service and charge accordingly but provide the service of 2g even the worse .
in some areas we even did not get the good network .
