I have been using Aircel since last 1 year because it used to give good call rates for aircel-aircel. For the first few month service was very good. Then after they start playing the real music.
First sometimes their website shows different information and the reality is different. 4 months back they were showing they have Rs 99 recharge for aircel-aircel unlimited free. But when I did the recharge I didn’t get the recharge offer and called the customer care they informed that the offer has changed but my question was what about my Rs .99.You didn’t give the offer nor you were ready to return it. I gave them the print screen of their website also in twitter but they are just ignorant. If you change your offers they should reflect in the website also. Otherwise stop the online recharge thing.
Second thing happened today only I received a call from customer care they took my name and asked if I am talking. So I said yes and suddenly the call redirected and I found that I have been subscribed to some music pack with Rs.30 per month and auto renewal. Total frustrating.
Third is the network. Do I need to say anything about it? It could understand that a service provider will not have same network strength all over the city but Aircel network is a different kind once it will show full tower and in another instance the network will vanish.
My take avoid Aircel.I am also soon going to move to a different network.
