Hi all, I have recently changed ny network operator from Aircel to other network. My son had bought the sim for me. we recently shifted our home to other area. but when we shifted to new home, I was shocked that, there was no Aircel network in any of the room in new home. whenever I used to get network outside home, there would be list of missed calls that came while there was no network. so, I had to port to other network operator. As experienced, the network coverage is equal to nil. I then tried to check with customer care guy then he told, we can't do anything.The billing was okay, no problem with that but if there is no network then it was not possible to continue the service.
