Highly disappointed with aircel service and the customer care attitude.
Since almost from four years I been customer of aircel yesterday I did recharge of 30rs from online banking yet not got my amount to complaint that I'm calling customer care number on 198 it's shocking representative discounting my call also putting call on hold. It's not about the money but the service off course.
Highly ridiculous. Switching to other services for sure.
