I have been an Aircel customer for the past 9 years and the connectivity has been very poor.Calls get disconnected very often.The signal tower beyond Tambaram is nil or zero.
I have raised the issue with the customer care office but it continues to be the same.The response has been the same from the other customers as well.Comparing to the other leading operators connectivity has been very poor.
Operators like Reliance, Airtel, Vodafone have brought in new offers.Aircel dosen't seem to have any changes in their existing Plans.
Aircel has to improve its Service or pay the Price of losing its customers base to leading Operators.
