I am using this network from last 2 month. as an aircel network user I was disappointed many times in my experience.now I have ported my sim to airtel best network provider. And also aircel net speed is also lowest among all operators because used all. Conplained like 15 times in customer care but never got issue resolved
Company that cuts money from mobile most after reliance. Have cut my 250rs in 2 weeks the aircel network not given to me a good offers. its call rate is also average but not average but not good and no 3G network available in my home town. no signal in some areas. breakage of signals in between call and very bad feeling with aircel. network is very biggest problem with aircel.
The aircel sim activated in 3days of time. After using it for some days I found many compalint about this network provider, it provide very less net speed, it took more than 2 minutes to open Google page, so you can imagine the speed of aircel. The offers are average in aircel.Internet is very slow in aircel.When I go to my village, it is showing emergencycalls only.Even a single point also not come in my village. This company used to call more than 30times in a day that will surely irritate you. It is only working in cities.Out of the cities and rural areas I will suggest not to go through this provider.use airtel or vodafone, it is everywhere present and coustmer service is very good. It is simply worst network in india.And customer care is not connected to even one time.
