Dear friends


please don't going to aircel post paid, I am buying aircel post paid on 21st dec 2016, I received first bill on second bill(26th dec 2015 to 25 jan 2016).


the will making wrong bill I am asking to the customer care(call center) I have a issue on this so I need full outgoing call status customer care executive say you(me) will goto our showroom at royapuram, I am going to there showroom executive say here we cant take give the details, can you visit our tollgate showroom(chennai 600019), I visit the store that executive say we cant give, you will give the request then only we give it via mail. after two day I received the itemized bill, I will cross check the bill the will charge extra, my plan 600min offer calls as per the rental.


I using total 960 min, aircel can't give that 600min outgoing status, as per the aircel teams & condition after the offer call(600min) outgoing call status only we can give, that outgoing call only include in itemized bill I check itemized billl outgoing calls 465min aircel charge to me. I will inform to the tollgate showroom(chennai 600019) that executive say we can't do anything, you will write to talktoaircel(or) applete mail the will clear you issue. from the day(10th jan 2016) to now I am fighting with aircel he say the same we are charging correctly.


1, wrong billing.(my total usage 960min, discount 600min, balance billing 360min but the generate 465min, extra billing 105 min not a issue 1050.40=42+tax100person?


2, aircel don't give the full of our outgoing calls status(any one ask that?).


3, very nasty guide line.


4, irresponsible customer care executive.
