Hi all.
I am going to share my experience with aircel, which is really pathetic.
It has been around more than 5 months using aircel now. But the bad thing was despite of having post paid connection I haven been charged for unwanted service like caller tune and songs doenloads.
Worst is not yet there, as its customer care service is really bad, they dont even understand my problem. All they can say is that I have subscribed for this service for which I have been charged.
Really pissed of with it and planning to port my number to anothre service provider.
Please beware of Aircel.
